Pre-Shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection is our most frequently requested inspection service. It gives you an opportunity to review the condition of your goods before they leave the supplier.
Depending on the product and your requirements, checks may cover quantities, appearance, workmanship, dimensions, basic functions, accessories, packaging and shipping marks. We agree on the relevant checks and sampling quantity with you before the visit.
If you have an approved sample, specification sheet or your own inspection checklist, share it with us so we can use it as an agreed reference.
Inspection Support at Different Stages
During-Production Inspection
A check during production can help identify visible issues while there is still time to discuss corrections with the supplier.
We coordinate the timing and inspection priorities according to the production stage, product characteristics and your concerns.
Container Loading Supervision
We can arrange supervision during container loading. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include checking the visible condition of the container, observing loading, checking carton quantities and shipping marks, and recording the loading process and container seal.
Please tell us the loading location, expected schedule and any special handling requirements when enquiring.
Checks Tailored to Your Product
Different products need different checks. We draw on our practical experience to suggest suitable inspection items, then discuss your priorities and agree on the work to be performed.
Typical inspection areas include:
- Product appearance and workmanship
- Dimensions and other agreed measurements
- Basic functional checks, where suitable equipment and conditions are available
- Quantities and assortment
- Labels, accessories and product markings
- Packaging and carton condition
- Shipping marks and customer-specific requirements
You may request particular checks or a preferred sampling quantity. We will discuss what can be completed within the available time and confirm any additional work before booking.
An inspection reports findings within the agreed scope and sample. It does not mean that every unit has been checked unless a full inspection has been specifically agreed.
English Reports, Photos and Videos
After the inspection, we provide an English report with photos and videos documenting the checks performed and the findings.
This helps you review the goods, discuss any issues with your supplier and decide on the next steps. If further checks or a follow-up visit are needed, we can discuss a separate arrangement.

We work with a network of inspection partners across many regions of China. Arranging an inspector closer to your supplier can help reduce travel costs and make scheduling more practical.

How to Arrange an Inspection
1. Send Your Requirements
Share the product description or photos, factory address, order quantity, expected production or shipment date, and anything you particularly want checked.
2. Confirm the Scope and Quotation
We discuss the inspection items, sampling quantity, timing and any preparation needed from the supplier. You receive the proposed scope and total fee before confirming the booking.
3. Arrange the Factory Visit
Once the details are agreed, we coordinate the visit with you and the supplier.
4. Review the Findings
Receive the English report, photos and videos, then use the findings to discuss acceptance, corrections or further action with your supplier.
